Hi, I’m Matt
Born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC currently living in Greensboro, NC.
I have a tortured past with skiing. The first ski trip I ever took, to Beech Mountain, NC I underestimated the necessity of ski “lessons” and proceeded to an epic crash within the first hour that tore my acl. After that first experience I abstained from skiing for over 10 years. Finally, visiting some friends in Colorado, I was convinced to give it another shot. I took actual ski lessons at Copper Mountain and fell in love with the sport.
Last winter I bought skis and took trips to Vail, Snowshoe and Timberline, WV, Sugar and Beech, NC and couldn’t get enough. The idea for this cross country trip actually occurred to me in the shower (no I didn’t hit my head on the sink). I’ve always wanted to do something that has never been accomplished before. I love travel, the mountains, snow, and skiing.
This winter is going to be really exciting and I want you to be a part of it, hit me up!
